Thanks so much for posting this. What I'd dearly love is a copy of "The Story of Christmas." My parents have it on LP, and I've listened to it nearly every Christmas since I was a child. For three years in a row the good folks at ernieford.com have told me the recordings from "The Story of Christmas" will make it to CD "next year." I suspect it may never happen, and I'll have to get a copy of my dad's old scratchy LP if I want to hear it for years to come.

All that said, "The Star Carol" is wonderful to have (though I know only a few of the tracks.)
 

Star Carol is one of my favorites. When I was little, I used to listen to it on an album called "Popular Christmas Classics". It is not Christmas without listening to that song!

The greatest Christmas album ever recorded. My old LP became un-playable so I found an un-opened, never played LP on ebay and recorded it to CD. I paid out the yin-yang for it but it was well worth it. Take Care.
